What this website collects

Nothing automatically. This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or adverts. Nothing you type into the mortgage calculator is transmitted anywhere — the calculation runs entirely in your browser.

Information you choose to give us

If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share: your name, contact details and information about the property you are buying or selling. We use it to answer your enquiry and to provide real estate services to you. We do not sell it.

Third-party links

Some pages link to county auditor websites and local resources. Those sites are operated by other organisations and have their own privacy policies. Once you follow a link, this policy no longer applies.

Server logs

Our web host may record standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.
